My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy comfort and congestion. The suite I had already paid for in advance offered a beautiful view, but I found the room a bit congested. The service I received during my stay, especially from Mr Most-Gantaksh, exceeded my expectations. The location, while comfortable for tourism and business in New Delhi, was not the most convenient in terms of accessibility. The dining option, by default in most hotels, offered a very good and varied selection but was busy. Despite the minor drawbacks, the stay was overall pleasant and satisfying.

I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location in the heart of Lutyen's Delhi, close to top attractions and great shopping spots. The rooms were cozy and had a lovely bath/shower area, yet occasionally, there was a noticeable scent in the air. The service, particularly at the front desk and the coffee shop, was exceptional, making my stay truly comfortable. The dining experience was enjoyable; however, there were some minor service issues. Overall, a fantastic place to stay if you want to be pampered in the center of Delhi.
The hotel offers great views from the 16th-floor rooms and is a bit time-consuming to clean. The staff is professional and helpful, arranging tours at a fair price. The location is ideal for exploring Lutyen's Delhi and shopping at Connaught place or Khadi Gram Udyog. The breakfast variety could be improved, but the overall dining experience is vast. The facilities at the hotel are decent.
